PURCHASING PHYSICAL GOODS
Physical goods are ONLY available for delivery in the UK at present. Orders will be processed Monday-Friday and will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour signed for on the next available working day from the date the order was placed. Please allow time for your goods to reach you, though if you are having any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@inthehooponline.com

PURCHASING DESIGNS FROM OUR WEBSITE
All design files purchased on our website will be personally emailed to your registered email address within 24 hours. I do usually send files within a few hours of purchase, but on the odd occasion I am busy or away this may take a little longer.
If you have not received your file after 24 hours though, please check your spam folders as they may have gone there. There are odd occasions where some email servers see my emails containing the files as spam and block them altogether. If that has been the case, please contact us at sales@inthehooponline.com and I can usually re send the files by reply email to you.
DESIGN FILES
All designs will be sent with a PDF instruction sheet and/or a design thread guide. My thread of choice is Madeira Polyneon 40 (unless otherwise stated) and the thread design sheets will use these colours accordingly. You are however free to use any thread of your choice, but as we have only tested our designs using the thread and fabrics stated, we can not guarantee the same quality results.
FORMATS
All files will include the following formats as standard:
DST - Tajima Machines
EXP - Melco Machines
JEF - Janome Machines
PES - Brother, Babylock, Bernina Machines
VP3 - Husqvarna, Pfaff Machines
XXX - Singer Machines
If you require a different format to those listed, please do not hesitate to contact us.
REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of the sale, we regret we can not refund purchased files once they have been emailed to you. If you have purchased a duplicate file in error, please contact us and we will be happy to exchange the purchase for one of equal value.
All physical goods are examined prior to being packed. If however items arrived in a damaged state, please contact us, and we will raise a claim through the post office.
We can not refund any cut fabric purchased in error once the order has been processed.
RE-SIZING FILES
We do not normally suggest re-sizing files as they have been manually created in the size they have been produced. Altering files can affect the density of the stitching or distort the pull compensation of the design. If you still wish to adjust the size of your file, we would suggest altering it no more than 20% from the original, using a software program like Wilcom Trusizer. We will NOT be held responsible however, for any issues of files altered by yourself.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Due to Digital Sales Tax laws, I no longer sell files that can be downloaded from the website. If you are wishing to purchase my designs in a digital format that can be downloaded immediately, please purchase through my ETSY Store here:
