This is a birth announcement template that will fit on to the majority of the jointed teddy tummies as it stands.  If you are wanting to use the template for the non jointed teddies, please delete the pattern for the body and use the template on its own and insert it to the other body 3 pattern for the teddy you are making. 
It is a template ONLY and you will need to fill out the birth details yourself on your software or embroidery machine.  The second photo is the actual design you will receive.  The other photos show a suggested way to populate the design.
There are two sizes in the file labelled 7x5 and 10x6.  These are to fit the relevant jointed teddy tummy files and are NOT the actual size of the template.
