This cute and cheeky little Elf is another great addition for your Christmas decor.
He is made entirely in the 7" x 5" (180mm x 130mm) hoop.  He is mainly contructed in the hoop, although you will need a sewing machine to stitch on the base and finish the hat.  The head and nose are sewn on by hand.
The Elf sits all on his own without the need to be propped up.
