Mr Snowman is the cutest of teddies that will melt anyone's heart.
He is 5 way jointed, using 3 x 35mm and 2 x 30mm slim line safety joints (Joint Set C)
He has been made in the 7" x 5" (180mm x 130mm) hoop.  There is a little hand/machine sewing to attach the nose and foot pads.  The hat and scarf are also made on a sewing machine, but everything else is done in the hoop.  
He sits around 23cm (9") and stands around 32cm (12.5cm) tall.
